What to do right after a spill

  1. Blot, don't wipe, with a dry cloth.
  2. Rinse with clean water and blot again.
  3. Don't use vinegar, lemon or bleach.
  4. If a mark is left, WhatsApp us a photo in daylight.

Both at once

Red wine, coffee with lemon, tomato sauce and many juices leave a stain and an etch together. These need both treatments: a poultice to remove the colour, then polishing to remove the dull ring.
